Although, you can only return things that are still in good enough shape to sell, with all of their tags still on and in their original packaging, not washed or damaged. Sign in to your bloomscart Account to start the return process.  

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE/ INCORRECT ORDER  

 

A return label will be issued by bloomscart if an error occurs and you receive the incorrect merchandise or a defective item. Within forty eight (48) hours of delivery, bloomscart must be notified of any defects or incorrect orders. Please email bloomscart with your order number and the problematic item if you have received a defective product. bloomscart shall furnish a return label subsequent to the verification of the issue. Without authorization from bloomscart, do not return an item via mail. Bloomscart retains all rights to attribute defects to a product.  

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY  

 

The following requirements must be met by all returns:  

 

  • All personal items, including headwear, socks, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, and watches, are not applicable for return.  
  • Returns are not allowed for limited release/draw items.  
  • Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for a return. Additionally, the product must be in its original packaging.   
  • We must be notified within 2 business days of receiving your item if it is defective or if it has been shipped incorrectly by bloomscart.   
  • All tags and accessories must be attached to the merchandise.  

 

REFUND  

 

  • Refunds are usually processed within five to seven (5-7) business days of quality checks completed on returned merchandise, depending on the banking and payment methods used.  
  • Refunds cannot be changed once money has been transferred to your source account.   
  • Refunds for debit card and credit card transfers are largely determined by the bank.
