SHIPPING PROCEDURE
At bloomscart, we ensure nationwide delivery of our products. Our reliable shipping partners typically make two or three delivery attempts. In case they are unable to reach you, we recommend getting in touch with them to reschedule the delivery.
Please be aware that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of our logistics partner. If a product or order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we regret that we cannot offer a refund for the purchase price and will not be held liable for the issue.
TRANSIT PERIOD
For domestic shipments, the courier service takes approximately three to eight (3-8) days to reach their intended destination.
SPLIT ORDERS
If you have placed an order for multiple items, they might arrive in separate boxes on different days based on their availability and shipping locations. For added protection during transit, our products are often shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your provided address.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTS
Once an order has been placed, modifications to the address cannot be made. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of submitting your transaction. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel any order that is not yet prepared for shipment, but you must do so within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. We will issue a complete reimbursement of your funds, accompanied by electronic mail containing evidence of the refund, notwithstanding our sincere desire to furnish you with an additional ethnic fashion item. Kindly note that orders designated as "Ready to Ship" are non-cancelable due to the fact that they are dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
